Bobajee Terms and Conditions — what you need to know before becoming a member

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial transactions on Bobajee can be made via mobile banking, net banking, and other approved payment methods.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is clearly displayed on the platform.
• Deposits are generally instant — though some methods may take up to 30 minutes to process.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits must be made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Withdrawal Rules:

• Withdrawals may only be processed via the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the platform.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 4 to 24 hours.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

4 Bonus & Promotional Offers

Bobajee offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All bonuses, however, come with terms and conditions that you should read carefully before claiming.

5 Gaming Rules

All games on Bobajee are powered by a certified RNG (Random Number Generator). Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predetermined by any party.

• If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, Bobajee may cancel or restart that game.
• Any gains made by exploiting a software error will be considered void.

6 Prohibited Activities

• Multiple Accounts: If a single individual creates multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be terminated and balances forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Providing false information or exploiting system loopholes to claim bonuses.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to strategically manipulate table game outcomes.
• Chargebacks: Disputing a deposit with your bank. This is a serious violation and may be subject to legal action.
• Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, or automation software.

7 Account Suspension & Termination

Bobajee reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If identity verification cannot be completed or false information is found to have been provided.
• If money laundering is suspected — the relevant authorities may be notified.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (typically 12 months).

You may close your account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

If you choose to self-exclude as part of responsible gaming, Bobajee will action the request immediately and the exclusion cannot be lifted before the specified period ends.

8 Privacy & Data Protection
